4

Let the temporary guidance end.

01 / CAMPAIGN GUIDE

1. Choose the destination.

Use the exact page you want someone to visit: a new video, newsletter signup, event registration, product guide or announcement. Check that the page works and that its information is suitable for a public reply.

02 / CAMPAIGN GUIDE

2. Describe when it belongs.

Write a plain-language instruction connecting the link to a kind of comment. For example: “Share this storm-safety video when someone asks how to prepare for severe weather. Answer their question first. Do not add it to unrelated comments.” This is an illustrative example, not an active campaign.

3. Set dates and review examples.

Choose the start and end time, then review the generated drafts. Replies containing a campaign link require your review before posting. Check that the response still answers the original question and that the link does not feel forced. Pause the campaign if the destination or offer changes.

04 / CAMPAIGN GUIDE

4. Let the temporary guidance end.

After the end time, the campaign instructions stop being used for new responses. Old replies and their links remain public. If the destination becomes invalid, handle those already posted replies separately.

Good questions.

What to know before you begin.

Ask us
Can I use a newsletter signup?

Yes. Explain which comments suggest interest in updates and provide the correct signup destination.

Does this send the newsletter?

No. A campaign guides comment replies. Your email platform handles subscriptions and newsletters.

Can I measure clicks here?

Campaign sales or click attribution is not included. Use the analytics available for your destination or approved tracking links.
