01 / GETTING STARTED
1. Explore the sample workspace.
Open the demo to see how comments, drafts and review actions fit together. Its sample accounts and fixed replies are illustrative. Sending or hiding an item there does not affect Facebook or Instagram.
02 / GETTING STARTED
2. Connect and describe your account.
For a live eligible account, complete the supported authorization and confirm which Page or professional account is connected. Add your identity, business facts, tone and approved links. Availability depends on required platform permissions and completed setup.
- Describe the person or business behind the account.
- Add answers to the questions you actually receive.
- Explain what should be held for a person.
03 / GETTING STARTED
3. Review a small batch.
Read the original comments and inspect their drafts. Correct inaccurate facts before correcting style. Edit individual responses when needed and submit Reply Feedback for a pattern you want the agent to change going forward.
04 / GETTING STARTED
4. Choose your rules and check the results.
Set moderation and reply controls deliberately. Start automatic activity only when the drafts and rules make sense for your account. Return to Inbox, Insights and Account health to review what the app recorded and whether anything needs attention.
Do I need to connect an account to try the demo?
No. The public demo uses sample accounts.
Should I enable automation immediately?
Review drafts first. That helps reveal missing facts, tone problems and situations that should be left for a person.
Is checkout live?
No. Paid subscriptions are not enabled. You can explore the sample demo or set up a free connected trial if your account has the required Meta access.
