Select a connected account and work through its recorded comment activity. The inbox brings the comment, draft and status into the same review flow, helping you understand what needs attention before taking action.

Make a useful decision.
Review and send eligible drafts, edit the wording or save it for later. When a reply misses the mark, submit feedback tied to that specific comment. Batch drafting tools remain available for reviewing a group of comments.

Know what the view represents.
The inbox shows records captured by the app. Historical coverage depends on what the connected platform makes available. Filters and exports apply to the records currently loaded, and availability depends on the connected account.
Can I use it across accounts?
You can select among the accounts connected to the workspace. Check the selected account before changing guidance or taking action.
Does the inbox include direct messages?
Messages have a separate workspace area and require additional access. Manual messaging is being tested; automatic DM replies are not available.
Can I export comments?
The inbox export covers currently loaded, filtered records. It is not a complete export of your social account’s history.
