Invite a person to the workspace.
The owner creates an invitation for the teammate’s email address. The teammate uses their own verified sign-in and accepts the invitation. Access is linked to the invited email, helping keep the handoff clear.
02 / TEAM ACCESS
Give them useful work to do.
The shared team workflow provides Inbox and Insights access across the owner’s connected channels. A teammate can inspect comment activity and submit feedback on a response that needs a different approach.
03 / TEAM ACCESS
Keep control of access.
The owner manages invitations and can remove access. Team review does not turn a teammate into the owner of the social accounts. Confirm the available permissions and completed sign-in setup before inviting your team.
Should I give a teammate my social password?
No. The intended workflow uses their own verified email sign-in and a workspace invitation.
Is there a full custom role builder?
No. The current team workflow provides shared Inbox and Insights access; it does not include a custom role builder.
Can the owner remove access?
Yes. Owners can revoke invitations or remove a teammate’s workspace access.
